The Synod Process
The Call to Journey Together
On October 10, 2021, Pope Francis opened a worldwide Synod on the theme “For a Synodal Church: Communion, Participation, and Mission.” Every Catholic is invited to listen to the Holy Spirit and each other, so we can walk forward together as Christ’s Body.
Why Your Voice Matters
All baptized members—youth and adults, active and disconnected—help the Church discern God’s will. Every perspective enriches our communal journey.
The Synod Process
Local listening sessions feed diocesan reflection, which informs the universal Church. We ask: “How are we journeying together at every level, and what steps is the Spirit urging us to take?”
